Connect Facebook Ads with TrueProfit
To automatically pull your Ad Spend from Facebook to TrueProfit, you'll need to connect your Facebook profile with the app.
Step 1: In the left side menu, go to Integrations > Marketing Channels
Step 2: You will find a list of available channels for integration, click on Connect for Facebook.
Step 3: If you're not logged in to your Facebook account, continue to log in. Next, confirm the connection with TrueProfit.
Step 4: Once you've successfully connect your Facebook account with TrueProfit, you'll find a list of one or more Ad Accounts connected to TrueProfit. Enable the accounts you want to start the ad spend sync process.
Step 5: Click Sync ad spend to initiate syncing your advertisement costs from Facebook
It can take a few minutes to pull in all the data from Facebook. Note that TrueProfit will sync your ad spend data from either the date your store was created or up to the last 3 years, whichever is more recent.
