FAQ: What if I get "Can't refresh token" error?

While this error does not occur often, it means that Google does not return the token refresh for us. Without refreshing token, in the future we will not be able to retrieve the data anymore.

To fix it, you need reinstall the "TrueProfit - Product Analytics" app in My Account page.

Find the application called "TrueProfit - Product Analytics" and delete it.
Then return to Product Analytics settings page and click the "connect" button.
