How to add shipping platforms and sync your Shipping Costs
Please note that before connecting a new shipping platform, you must have it already integrated with your Shopify store. At the moment, TrueProfit supports integrations with 6 shipping platforms:
Shippo
ShipStation
Shipwire
ShippingEasy
ShipBob
Shiphero
If the shipping platform uses a different currency to your Shopify store's currency, True Profit will automatically convert it to your Shopify store's currency.
In the Integrations section, click on Shipping Providers
Choose the provider you’re using, click on Connect.
Depending on the platform, you might have to enter the API Keys (ShipStation and ShippingEasy), Token (Shippo), or username and password (ShipWire). After that, select the currency you are using with this shipping provider, then click Connect to finish the integrating.
To connect Shippo with TrueProfit, you will need the API Token from the platform.
Log in to your Shippo account, then go to Settings > API > Tokens.
In the Live Tokens section, copy your token from the Manage Your Tokens or generate one.
Then enter your API Token and choose the currency you are using on Shippo to complete connecting.
Log in to your ShipStation account, then go to Settings > Account > API Settings.
Copy your API Key and Secret or Generate new ones.
Enter your API Key and Secret Key, then choose the currency you are using on ShipStation to complete connecting.
Enter your Shipwire Username and Password, then choose the currency you are using to complete connecting.
Log in to your ShippingEasy account, then go to Settings > Account Settings > API Credentials
Copy the API Key and API Secret
Note: Your access to the API is disabled during the free trial at ShippingEasy, this means you can't integrate shipping data into TrueProfit.
Enter your API Key and API Secret Key, then choose the currency you are using on ShippingEasy to complete connecting.
In your ShipBob dashboard, go to Integrations form the left-hand navigation bar. Then follow the steps like the image below and generate a new API Token for connection.

Enter the token then choose the currency you are using on ShipBob to complete connecting.
There are 2 ways to connect Shiphero with TrueProfit:
Go to https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/users and click the +Add Third-Party Developer button.
Then add a new third-party developer to generate a token
Now you have a Refresh token, please copy the Refresh token and paste it to True Profit
Enter your Shiphero currency and click Connect to complete connecting.
Shippo

Shipwire

Shippo

Shiphero
There are 2 ways to connect Shiphero with TrueProfit:
Connect using your Shiphero account login credentials
Connect by adding TrueProfit as a third-party in your Shiphero account
Go to https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/users and click the +Add Third-Party Developer button.
Then add a new third-party developer to generate a token
Now you have a Refresh token, please copy the Refresh token and paste it to True Profit
Enter your Shiphero currency and click Connect to complete connecting.
