A Profit and Loss (P&L) report summarizes your store's revenues, costs, and expenses incurred during a specific period of time. For an online seller, this report provides a snapshot of the business's financial performance and helps in understanding profitability.

How to view your P&L Report

1. In the left side menu, click on P&L Report to open the page.

2. In the P&L Report, you can select a time range and the displayed range in the report.

3. Once you've chosen your preferred time range, right below that is a table where you can view all the important metrics for your store.

Please note: the P&L Report gets data according to the Payment status that you are setting in the Calculation Preferences.
You can also export the P&L Report to a CSV file and download to your computer. Find your past export files in the Exports page.
