Set Up Calculate Rule for Refund Same Day as Order
In Report Settings > Profit Config, we just released the option Calculate the refund same day as order.
- If you check on it: the refund will be calculated on the created order day
- If you uncheck on it (default): the refund will be calculated on the refunded order day
After changing setting about it, the metrics such as Revenue, Net Profit will be changed on the Profit Analytics.
Please note: if you choose the option Calculate the refund same day as order, you will see the discrepancy in revenue between the app and Shopify because Shopify calculates the refund on the refunded day.
