Setting up email reports

Configure TrueProfit to send scheduled reports to your email addresses. In the Store Settings menu, choose between basic Email Reports or Custom Email Reports for Advanced stores and higher.

How to set up Email Reports



From the left side menu, in the Store Settings section > select Email Reports
In the Recipient List section, enter an email, then click Add email.

TrueProfit will send a confirmation email to this address, make sure you confirm your email to start receiving reports.



Below that is the Sending frequency section where you can choose the frequency to receive the email reports. This is also the time range of the data included in the report.



Once done, you will receive a report email similar to this:

How to set up Custom Email Reports



The Custom Email Reports feature let you choose which metrics you want to include in the
In the Customize Report Settings, you can create unlimited custom reports with all metrics that are available in the Dashboard.

From the left side menu, in the Store Settings section > select Custom Email Reports



Enter a name, add the recipients, and choose the generate frequency, then click Next



Choose the metrics you want to include in your report. In the review section, you can edit the email title and content, plus arrange the position of the chosen metrics by hovering over them and dragging them.



Preview your report before saving



All's done! You will receive a custom email report with the frequency you choose.
