  Unfortunately, editing ad spend manually is not available. TrueProfit automatically pulls Ad spend from your connected Marketing accounts to ensure data accuracy in the app. If you need to add a cost that is not supported in TrueProfit yet, try adding a Custom Cost as an alternative.
