How to cancel your subscription
Before getting into more details, we understand that there might be some hiccups in the TrueProfit app. That is why the TrueProfit support team is always here to iron out any issues you have while using the app.

To cancel your current TrueProfit plan, open Billings of your store.
At the bottom of the Billing details page, click to open More options
Click on Cancel in the Cancel subscription section to continue
Now, there are two options for you to cancel your current subscription:
Your subscription will not auto renew on your next billing date and you still have access to the TrueProfit dashboard as normal until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that if your store exceeds the order limit during the canceling period, the extra order fee will be charged right before your subscription is canceled at the end of the cycle.
Your subscription will stop immediately after you confirm your cancelation and no longer have access to any dashboard on TrueProfit. Please note that if your store has any extra order fee upon the time you cancel, this extra order fee amount will be charged immediately before your plan is canceled.
Make sure you choose the most suitable option for you store, then click Continue
Choose a reason for your cancelation. If the options doesn't reflect your experience, please choose Other reason and enter your own. We read your feedback very carefully to improve our product.
When done, click Confirm
If you change your mind after canceling, you can resume your subscription anytime on TrueProfit. All of your cost settings are saved on our server so that when you decided to resume your plan, you lost no time setting up costs for your store again.
Plus, if you resume subscription before your plan is canceled, no change will be made to your current plan and you can continue using TrueProfit as normal.
