Both you and your friend will receive a 20% reward based on the value of the TrueProfit plan your friend chooses for their store. Here are the details of what you'll get with a successful referral:
The referee gets a direct 20% discount on any plan they subscribe to when they apply your referral code. This promo code only applies to their first billing cycle.
The referrer receives 20% in app credits based on your friend’s subscription. These app credits can be withdrawn to your Shopify store and used for any future application payments on the Shopify platform.
To be a referrer, you need to own an active Shopify store and an active TrueProfit account that has completed your first billing cycle. If you don't have an account yet, sign up now and we'll link it with your existing store.
To be a referee, you must be a first-time TrueProfit user and become a paying user after the free trial ends.
In the app, click on your account information in the top right corner, then click on Refer & earn to open your Referral page.
On this page, you can find your unique referral link and code to share with your friend:
Copy the link or share the code with your friend so they install the TrueProfit app with your referral
You can also click on the Facebook or X icons to share your link on these platforms
When your friend clicks on the link, they will be redirected to TrueProfit's listing on the Shopify App Store. They can carry on installing and onboarding with TrueProfit as usual.
As your friend chooses a plan on the Pricing page, make sure they apply your Referral code to claim their 20% discount and record your referral successfully.
After the trial period ends, if your friend stays subscribed to a paid plan and completes their first billing cycle, your referral is completed.

When you withdraw the app credits to your Shopify store, the amount will be converted automatically to the currency that your store is using on Shopify.
