Setting up email reports

Configure TrueProfit to send scheduled reports to your email addresses. In the Store Settings menu, choose between basic Email Reports or Custom Email Reports for Advanced stores and higher.

How to set up Email Reports



From the left side menu, in the Store Settings section > select Email Reports
In the Recipient List section, enter an email, then click Add email.

TrueProfit will send a confirmation email to this address, make sure you confirm your email to start receiving reports.



Below that is the Sending frequency section where you can choose the frequency to receive the email reports. This is also the time range of the data reported in your email.



Once done, you will receive a report email similar to this:

How to set up Custom Email Reports



The Custom Email Reports feature let you choose which metrics you want to include in your email report. Further more, you can organize the metrics anyway you want to stay on track with your financial conveniently.

There is no limit to how many custom reports and recipients you can add in this feature.

From the left side menu, in the Store Settings section > select Custom Email Reports



Click Create report to get started



Enter a name for the report, then add the recipients, and choose the frequency you want, then click Next



Choose the metrics you want to include in your report. In the review section, you can edit the email title and content, plus arrange the position of the chosen metrics by hovering over them and dragging them.



Review your report, then click Finish to complete setting up your Custom Email report.
