Add/Link a store to your TrueProfit account

To add a new store you'll need to create a TrueProfit account and use this account to manage multiple stores.

Adding multiple stores to your TrueProfit account



Managing multiple Shopify stores? You can easily install and connect all of them to a single TrueProfit account. Each store requires its own subscription, but you'll gain access to the All stores view at no additional cost. The All stores dashboard combines the financial data from all of your added stores to create comprehensive reports, including the Dashboard and P&L Report.

If you've just created a new TrueProfit account, you'll also need to add your existing store to link the two together. This will help you manage multiple stores effectively from one account and access mobile reports on your phone.

To add more stores to your current account, start by clicking on the multistore dropdown and click Add store



If your new store has never installed TrueProfit, it'll go through the onboarding process to begin syncing data and setting up costs.

Move a store between TrueProfit accounts


In case you want to move a store to a different TrueProfit account, you'll need to remove it from the current account first. Once the store no longer belongs to any TrueProfit account, you can then add this store to another account using the Add store button like above.

How to remove a store from your TrueProfit account


Click on the Person icon in the top right corner, then select Manage stores & Members.



In this page, you'll find a list of stores currently linked to your account. To remove a store, click on the three dots icon and select remove.
