Why you should create a TrueProfit account

Creating a TrueProfit account lets you manage multiple stores with one account and view reports quickly on your phone with our free mobile app. Moreover, you can also invite other business partners or staff to your TrueProfit account to view or edit costs based on their assigned permissions.

Creating a new TrueProfit account

To identify whether you've had a TrueProfit account or not, you can go to the Account Settings page and check your account information. If the app detects that you haven't create a TrueProfit account, you will see a button in the first section to let you quickly create a new account.

Another quick way for you to create a TrueProfit account is clicking on the account icon in the top right corner, then click Create account.



After you've created a TrueProfit account, your Shopify store will be linked to this new account. This account is also used to sign in to the TrueProfit mobile app--helping you to view your Dashboard on the go.

Once your store is linked with a TrueProfit account, you can only sign in using your TrueProfit account and can no longer use your Shopify domain.

Sign up using a social account

When signing up for a TrueProfit account, you have the option to use your Google or Apple account to sign up quickly. Once authorized, you'll get an auto-generated password emailed to you for your new account. This password is used for signing in using your email address in the app.

We recommend changing your password in the Account settings to secure your account.
